Viviane Ricci is a licensed attorney in Brazil, the United States, and Portugal, with over 25 years of experience in Business Law, Contracts, and International Legal Practice. She earned her Law degree from FMU in São Paulo in 1995, and soon after founded her first law firm. In 2012, she became a founding partner of Ricci, Rathsam e Junqueira Advogados.
Viviane holds a Master’s degree in American Law from Barry University School of Law (USA), an MBA in Economics and Law from FGV, and postgraduate certifications in Business Law (FMU) and Contracts (PUC-SP). Her time living and working in the U.S. expanded her practice to include Immigration Law, an area in which she brings both personal understanding and professional expertise.

Pedro Paulo Rocha Junqueira graduated in 2003 from Universidade Paulista and holds postgraduate degrees in Civil and Procedural Law from Universidade Mackenzie and International Law from the University of Coimbra. As a partner at Ricci, Rathsam e Junqueira Sociedade de Advogados since 2014, he focuses on civil and family law, with an emphasis on asset management and real estate law, including property regularization for real estate development.

Suzeli Fonseca is a Brazilian attorney with over 12 years of experience in business, civil, and consumer law in Brazil, and more than 8 years of administrative and business management experience in the United States. She currently serves as a Paralegal and Operational Manager at Ricci Law Immigration, with 3 years of experience in U.S. immigration law. Suzeli earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Faculdades Integradas de Guarulhos (FIG), a postgraduate degree in Contracts and Consumer Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP), and a Paralegal Certificate through the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) program. Juliana Lourenço, a graduate in Communication, has over 20 years of experience in customer service. As a Legal Assistant at Ricci Law Immigration, she manages initial client contact, appointment scheduling, and provides support to the legal team. Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, she combines organization and communication skills to offer efficient and personalized service.
Roberta Sieverdt holds a degree in Accounting from Universidade Paulista in São Paulo, Brazil, and serves as a Financial Specialist at Ricci Law Immigration. In her role, she oversees accounts payable and receivable, as well as the preparation and review of contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across financial processes. Additionally, she provides direct executive support to Dr. Viviane Ricci, contributing to the strategic organization of the firm’s operations. Known for her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and solid accounting expertise, she plays a key role in enhancing the company’s administrative efficiency and supporting its sustainable growth.
Mr. Albertsen is an experienced immigration attorney based in Orlando, Florida, focusing on business immigration matters such as E-2 investor visas, L-1A executive transfers, H-1B visas, and EB-2 national interest waivers. Luciana é bacharel em Direito (LL.B.) pela Faculdade Metodista Granbery (Brasil) e concluiu pós-graduação em Direito Penal pela Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora (Brasil).
