Viviane Ricci

Attorney

Viviane Ricci is a licensed attorney in Brazil, the United States, and Portugal, with over 25 years of experience in Business Law, Contracts, and International Legal Practice. She earned her Law degree from FMU in São Paulo in 1995, and soon after founded her first law firm. In 2012, she became a founding partner of Ricci, Rathsam e Junqueira Advogados.

Viviane holds a Master’s degree in American Law from Barry University School of Law (USA), an MBA in Economics and Law from FGV, and postgraduate certifications in Business Law (FMU) and Contracts (PUC-SP). Her time living and working in the U.S. expanded her practice to include Immigration Law, an area in which she brings both personal understanding and professional expertise.

Fluent in Portuguese, English, Spanish, and Italian, Viviane works with clients from different countries and cultures. She is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), the Federal Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), staying up to date with legal developments in all her areas of practice.

Viviane is known for her practical, solution-oriented approach to complex legal matters, especially in business structuring, contract negotiation, immigration, and international partnerships.

Pedro Paulo Rocha Junqueira

Pedro Paulo Rocha Junqueira graduated in 2003 from Universidade Paulista and holds postgraduate degrees in Civil and Procedural Law from Universidade Mackenzie and International Law from the University of Coimbra. As a partner at Ricci, Rathsam e Junqueira Sociedade de Advogados since 2014, he focuses on civil and family law, with an emphasis on asset management and real estate law, including property regularization for real estate development.

Guilherme H.F. Rathsam is a seasoned corporate attorney with over 19 years of experience, specializing in civil liability and complex negotiations. He holds a specialization in Civil Liability and Complex Negotiations from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). Guilherme has extensive experience in labor law, providing robust defense for major corporations in contentious matters.

Suzeli Fonseca

Paralegal / Operational Manager

Suzeli Fonseca is a Brazilian attorney with over 12 years of experience in business, civil, and consumer law in Brazil, and more than 8 years of administrative and business management experience in the United States. She currently serves as a Paralegal and Operational Manager at Ricci Law Immigration, with 3 years of experience in U.S. immigration law. Suzeli earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Faculdades Integradas de Guarulhos (FIG), a postgraduate degree in Contracts and Consumer Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP), and a Paralegal Certificate through the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) program. Combining a strong legal foundation with proven operational leadership, Suzeli brings a unique blend of skills to support and enhance legal and business functions. She is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Juliana Bastos Louzada Lourenço

Legal Assistant

Juliana Lourenço earned her degree in Advertising and Marketing from the Catholic University of Santos in 2002 and brings over 20 years of customer service experience. At Ricci Law Immigration, she serves as a Legal Assistant, managing front desk operations, scheduling consultations, and supporting the legal team. Juliana’s background enhances her communication, organizational, and client service skills. She is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.

Daniela Copolo Reyes

Financial Specialist

Daniela Reyes holds a degree in Business Administration from Mackenzie Presbyterian University in São Paulo, Brazil. As the Financial Specialist at Ricci Law Immigration, she oversees accounts payable and receivable, manages contract preparation and review, and provides executive support to Dr. Viviane Ricci. Eric Albertsen, Esq., MPPA.

Immigration Attorney

Mr. Albertsen is an experienced immigration attorney based in Orlando, Florida, focusing on business immigration matters such as E-2 investor visas, L-1A executive transfers, H-1B visas, and EB-2 national interest waivers. He also handles a wide range of family-based immigration cases, including family petitions and adjustment of status. Mr. Albertsen regularly represents clients before USCIS field offices.
