Learn about the “EB” Categories - Green Card through career, employment or investment
The EB (Employment-Based) immigration categories grant the right to permanent residence in the United States through a green card, and apply to foreigners who can prove extraordinary abilities or distinguished careers in their professional fields, qualified workers with job offers, investors who wish to open businesses in the US and certain special immigrants.
The EB categories are divided in order of preference: EB-1 (Extraordinary Abilities), EB-2 (National Interest or Advanced Degree), EB-3 (sponsor), EB-4 (special immigrants) and EB-5 (investment).
Ricci Law Corp attorneys are licensed in the United States to represent their clients in all types of immigration proceedings through the EB categories.
